DYTT starting from 22 January 2021

DYTT- One year Diploma Yoga Teachers' Training - affiliated to AIECCE, New Delhi.

The course contents are interestingly designed to include additional understanding of Yoga in the light of ayurveda concepts. At the conclusion of the course, the student’s knowledge and performance is evaluated on the basis of theory and practical examinations totalling to 1000 marks as given below.Thus the course format ensures ample exposure to yoga concepts as well as elaborate practice of the yogaangas.

Theory papers- 500 marks ( 100 Marks each paper)

Paper I - Yoga Vijnana

Paper II - Yogic Sthool Vyayama evam Kriyayen

Paper III - Vividh Yogasana

Paper IV - Nadiyan - Prakar evam Kaarya

Paper V - Aahar- Yoga evam Ayurveda Vijanana

Practical Examination of 500 marks ( 100 marks each paper)

Paper I - Yoga Practical Demonstration

Paper II - Lesson Planning

Paper III - Conducting Yoga Sadhana Class

Paper IV - Project Work

Paper V - Viva Voce

Course Duration: 1 year (Starting on 22nd January 2021)

Classes are scheduled to be for a minimum of 6 hours per week.

Course Exam Schedule: December 2021

Eligibility: 1) Minimum HSC or equivalent

Languages of Instruction: English, Hindi, Marathi.
