Bahiranga Sadhana

Shuddhikriya, Asana, Pranayam and Pratyahar
After every session, you’ll start to become aware of changes to your body, mind and energy levels.

Antaranga sadhana
Become a regular practitioner of
Antaranga sadhana.
Pratyahar, Dharana, Dhyan and Nadanusandhan
With each passing session one starts feeling
relaxed and renewed.
